Player Participation Requirements
Prior to participation with Wenatchee Valley Lacrosse as a player at any level or capacity, the following requirements must be met:
- Registered through the Wenatchee Valley Lacrosse on-line registration system.
- Paid member of US Lacrosse. (Part of registration process
- Full payment received by Wenatchee Valley Lacrosse.
- Medical Release Form on file with the coach
- Zach Lysted Concussion Awareness Form on file with the coach.
Coach Participation Requirements
Prior to participation with Wenatchee Valley Lacrosse as a coach the following requirements must be met:
- Registered through the Wenatchee Valley Lacrosse on-line registration system
- Paid member of US Lacrosse (Part of registration process)
- Washington State Patrol Background check completed (Completed by WVL)
High School level coaches must also meet the following requirements
- First aid/CPR course completed
- US Lacrosse Level I coaches certification completed or in progress
Officials Participation Requirements
Officials affiliated with Wenatchee Valley Lacrosse must meet the following requirements:
- Registered through the Wenatchee Valley Lacrosse on-line registration system
- Paid member of US Lacrosse (Part of the registration process)
- Up to date US Lacrosse Level I Officials certification for Boys, or US Lacrosse apprentice level certification for girls
- Registered member of WALOA for boys, or paid member of WWLUA for girls
League and Division Fees
League fees - Cover the cost of purchasing communal equipment such as goals, line paint, reversible jerseys, lacrosse balls, and non-standard equipment such as goalie sticks and pads, youth officiating costs, and a portion of the High School officiating costs. They also cover all administrative cost such as marketing, web-site hosting, postage.
Division Fees - Cover costs such as uniforms, State level association dues,travel, tournament entry fees, coaches salaries and expenses as applicable, and all other items that are pertinant to that particular division.
Financial Assistance
It is a Wenatchee Valley Lacrosse Club policy that everyone who desires to play Lacrosse has that opportunity. To ensure this policy is upheld the Wenatchee Valley Lacrosse Club has successfully applied for and received monies that the donors have specifically indicated are for financial assistance to low income families. Funds may be used to offset dues, equipment costs, or both. It is expected that families applying for financial assistance provide a parent volunteer to their participants Division as needed. Volunteer requirements will take into consideration all encumbrances experienced by that parent so the needs of the Division do not put an undue burden on that volunteer.

Income and Expense Reporting
All income generated through outside donation solicitation or fundraising is to be reported by utilizing the Income Reporting Form. This is a fillable PDF form* to be completed on-line, printed and then turned into the League via mail or by personal delivery to the Club President. Monies to be deposited must accompany this form. Please make sure and indicate the Division to which the monies are to be applied.
All expenses paid on behalf of the Wenatchee Valley Lacrosse Club or its Divisions, which require reimbursement, are to be reported by utilizing the Expense Reporting Form. This is a fillable PDF form* to be completed on-line, printed and then turned into the League via mail or by personal delivery to the Club President. Receipts for expenditures must accompany this form. Please make sure and indicate the Division to which the expenses are to be applied. It is at the discretion of the Club President as to whether the expense is a League or Division expense.
