Registration is now Closed for 2008

- When open registration is on-line and accessible by clicking the link below
- Players, Coaches, Referees and Parent Volunteers must register.
- All Players, Coaches, and Referees must be active members of US Lacrosse.  You will not be able to complete your registration without a valid and current US Lacrosse Membership Number.  To join, renew, or check your current US Lacrosse Membership status please visit the  US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP page.

Also WVL must have on file for each participant a MEDICAL RELEASE FORM, and for students in 9 - 12th grades, an ACADEMIC ELIGIBILITY FORM.  Please refer to the post registration notice for information regarding these two forms.  If you do not receive the post registration notice follow the Club Administration Link to the right to access the forms.  If WVL does not have them, you may not play.
